This week the Aurora City Council has eliminated mandatory minimum sentences for retail theft and announced their opposition to Proposition 132, that would increase penalties for Fentanyl sales and possession.  Danielle Jurinsky, former Aurora City Councilwoman joins Jeff and Bill to talk about the impact both decisions will have in the community.  One council member says we "can't incarcerate our way out of addiction":  But can we incarcerate ourselves out of crime?

A FlyDubi flight with 170 Israeli headed to Tel Aviv was diverted to Saudi Arabia after the co-pilot attacked the pilot mid-flight in a possible terrorist attack.  Jeff and Bill share the latest details and audio from passengers.  The plane fell more than 15,000 feet as the fight in the cockpit happened. Passengers were lucky a flight crew from Russia and Ukraine were on board and able to land the plane safely with applause from the passengers.

English police have arrested 5 men for potentially being involved in a terror plot focused on an RAF Base that US Forces were using.  Jeff and Bill ask if this is connected to the war in Iran?  They walk you through what happened.  While the men are under investigation, police have so far found no operational explosive devices and no connection to terror organizations.
