In a move that surprised no one, Trump announced new tariffs over the weekend after the Supreme Court declares his others illegal.  Jeff, Bill, and callers discuss which branch of government controls tariffs. Will there be refunds? Has Congress abdicated its responsibilities or the Executive Branch now get the power?

Violence erupts between drug cartels and the Mexican government over the weekend.  Puerta Vallarta was especially hard hit.  Some flights from Denver turned around while in midair and other Americans in Mexico say they can't get home. Jeff, Bill, and callers discuss their vacation plans and IF the USA should get involved in supporting the Mexican government's actions.
