It's usually just a crime scene tape on the news; those faces are devastating. Two people behind the DWI Task Force of Dallas County are in the studio right now, Dr. Elba Garcia and Emma Dugas.

At the height of my news career, I was the lead story guy for channel 4 here in Dallas. That meant I was constantly covering crime every single night. It seems like every single night, I was sitting on a couch, grieving with someone who had lost a loved one to some violent crime, and it took a toll on my mind, body, and spirit.
