The survivors compensation fund should be paying out claims in weeks in some cases according to David Boies.

The fund, which received the go ahead on Tuesday from the court is moving at a rapid pace to begin restitution payments to the survivors and for those who decide to participate they can expect the process to move quickly according to Boies.

The battle to unseal grand Jury records from the first Epstein arrest is raging in Palm Beach with lawyers for the Palm Beach Post and the state going back and forth attempting to make their case to the court.

The court has been unmoved by the Posts arguments thus far however and it would seem an uphill battle to get the records unsealed. The judge is set to make a ruling soon.
