In court proceedings in Florida on Thursday, prosecutors apologized to Victims of Jeffrey Epstein after refusing for years to do so.

During the same hearing prosecutors also defended the immunity deal it gave Jeffrey Epstein and his cohorts while at the same time never informing the victims of that decision until after it was rendered.

Dr. Michael Baden was on the Dr. Oz show today and he again stated that all of the evidence so far in Epstein's death points to homicide.

For the Justice Department it would be very simple to put all this to bed by providing the evidence they have pointing to suicide but five months later and still nothing.
