Financial arrangement -

Artiste retains any excess money from recording fund and collects royalties once label is recouped.

Participation -

Labels are incentivized to increase the term of the contract.

Newer artiste may get Higher royalty rate.

Longer terms.

360 model makes label more supportive of tours finanically. promoter bases 360

degree deal will require exclusivity for touring.artiste received bigger and unrecoupable upfront payment in return for granting the company access to various income streams. Various income streams are not cross collateralized
