If there’s anything I know for certain, is that your space should be set up, cleaned and organized. Because how else is that creative flow going to come in? When I first moved to Victoria, I was still experiencing a lot of ruminating thoughts about negative past experiences. This was preventing me from propelling foreword into a new more fulfilling experience in my new home. I decided to spiritually release these emotions and open myself up to new opportunities! In today’s “exercise” I’m breaking down my closing (releasing) ritual (affirmations, herbs, and visual practices) and opening ritual (intention setting, affirmations, integration).

I did it! I moved to Victoria BC! After a longgg inward journey of healing, I decided to make moves across the ocean, and remind myself who the f&$k I am!
