I’ve been really tiny and I was just as unhappy as I was at my biggest — because I was restricting myself. I was so focused on a number on a scale. When really none of this matters, all that matters is being true to who I am. Trusting my intuition more and what is calling for me. Through this practice and strengthening the muscles of intuition in all areas of life, eating well has become unconscious and easier. Looking good is much more frequent. Fear of what I put in my mouth making me fat is NON EXISTENT.

Wow! What a time to be alive! It’s easy to go to a “lack” mindset given all the beautiful chaos that surrounds us during these times, but I have a special invitation for you in this episode.
