Family! Welcome to episode 23 of the podcast! I can’t believe we’ve made it this deep already! This week I’m stoked to continue my exploration of mens work with fellow MAN Jacob O’Neill. Jacob is the creator and founder of Mans Movement, a conscious movement that empowers and inspires men to step into their masculine and embrace their truth. Having observed the power of feminine community, Jacob realised that men were lacking a safe space in which to support and empower one another, and felt compelled to cultivate said space for his brothers and all men who feel the call.

Now ladies, before you tune out, don’t assume this one’s only for the fellas… A huge part of evolving as a conscious male or female lies in understanding our counterparts and remembering that both men and women poses masculine and feminine energy and traits. Just as it’s important for men to open our hearts to the divine feminine, it is important for the women to hold space for the masculine, so don’t run away just yet… There is plenty here for both sexes.

I really enjoyed this deep dive with one of the men who played a crucial role in turning things around for me in a time of need. Hello there, today we have an especially rare species on the show, the illustrious Freezer Bird is in the building! Ladies and gentlemaniacs I give you Rich Jay! (Sorry to the English people for my terrible impersonation)

Where to begin… Rich FreezerBird Jay’s story is something of a modern marvel… He is an expert vagabonder, much loved radio DJ, MC and host to the stars, entertainer extraordinaire, party starter, soul explorer, transformational facilitator and a whole lot more! Rich and I met in a Conscious Mans Circle run by the incredible Jacob from Man’s Movement, we hit it off and struck up a friendship which resulted in weekly catch ups dedicated to deep discussion and a beer or three. I feel very blessed and grateful to consider him a friend and am forever blown away by his incredible life adventures and experiences. After weeks, if not months of intent to have him on the show, we finally made it happen, I hope that Rich’s story will amaze, fascinate and inspire you as much as it has me, his story is a long one and so I have split the fraction of it that we managed to get through into 2 episodes, this being part 1.
