Mick Stuart is a man mountain who is on a mission to improve overall quality of life through movement and functional fitness. Rest assured, this guy walks the talk! I came across Mick while listening to an episode of The Man That Can podcast, hosted by Lachie Stuart, in which Mick told the story of how he tackled a 12 hour workout challenge, starting at 6:30pm and finishing at 6:30am. As you can imagine, I was blown away and had to reach out to this beast of a human being, anyone with the mental override to put themselves through 12 hours of hardcore training is worth chatting to!
