We do not need to be like anyone else because we each have unique gifts and skills! We can learn from everyone else and put that into our own version of a champion. The Floyd Mayweather vs Conor Mcgregor fight helped motivate this video because I have the same mindset as Floyd. I look around at the tools used by titans and throw them all in a bad inside myself and toss it up to see what unique champion I become! Like Eminem says, "And revisit them old albums often as I can and. Skim through all them to make sure I keep up with my competition!"

How do we feel as a part of a community? When we speak in terms of WE our power to relate tends to me much greater than speaking in I. As I speak in terms of my power, you often might struggle to relate. See the difference? Get past defensiveness in others by speaking in terms of what WE want and WE need and WE like instead of what I want and what I need and what I like. Using we instead of I is a key secret of influence WE can use to empower our communication to maximize the impact of what we say.

Do we believe some people really know the exact future while others are ignorant or is the truth that we all are blind to the future and all have different ideas about the past also? Explore the empowering idea that no one really knows which means any of us are equally equipped to guess. While some of us certainly have better data than others, everyone has a relatively small percentage of knowledge as to the entire universe. How do we level up our influence? Exploring the valuable skills we each have helps a lot because we can teach what we know and immediately begin helping others. My business consistently struggled online until I started focusing on creating videos showing solutions to the most challenging problems I had faced in my life from being an entrepreneur with no startup capital to my personal struggles with health and video games. If we want to grow our powers of persuasion, the secret is to start with teaching because all of us have solved problems that others are still struggling with.

Where do we discover people?

1. Word of mouth recommendations from friends and followers. I discovered Steem via @robertgenito who invited me to sign up and promised I would thank him later.

2. Searching for help with problems. When I grew frustrated with my lighting setup recently, I did a lot of Goolging and shopping to help me find the answer. In the process I discovered many new sellers and blogs.

3. Advertising. Most of our wants and desires are nearly completely programmed by companies spending money to influence us into wanting their products.

Teaching opens all possibilities!

As we share what we know how to do and love doing, we open ourselves to being involved in all three of the primary discovery methods. In 2013, I uploaded a Facebook advertising tutorial on YouTube which brought in thousands of viewers searching for help with Facebook ads. Those viewers made word of mouth recommendations which then triggered YouTube to show my video in suggested videos (free advertising).

What will the price of Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Ripple, IOTA, NEM, Litecoin, Dash, NEO, ETC, Monero, OmiseGo, BitConnect, Qtum, Zcash, TenX, EOS, Lisk, BitShares, and Steem be as a part of the total cryptocurrency market capitalization in September 2017? Here are my predictions for each coin!

1. Bitcoin may go up a bit towards $5,000 before a dump back to as low as $2,000 as competition with Bitcoin Cash heats up.

2. ETH may benefit from trading on BitStamp, Poloniex, Bithumb, Bittrex, and Coinbase as investors believe the war between BTC and BCC will leave Ethereum as the winner. ETH may go as high as $500 with ups and downs of $50 daily possible.

3. Bitcoin Cash just pumped yesterday and may continue to pump as the top BCC miner plots to overtake Bitcoin while Coinbase definitely and Bitstamp soon most likely add support for BCC.

4. Ripple has continued an epic dump after an epic pump and will likely continue to drop further in September with a possible rebound later. Ripple down to $0.05 or $0.10 in Sept 2017.

5. IOTA may go up to $1.50 before it starts dropping in Sept with the Bitcoin price.

6. NEM seems to have a strong community which will minimize bottoming out completely and may pump to $0.40 in September before a drop along with the Bitcoin price eventually to under $0.20.

7. Litecoin has strong user adoption and history making it perfect for a pump to $100 in September.

8. Dash might increase some to $350 or $400 before beginning an epic drop in September back under $200 and eventually under $10 in a year or few years because of the lack of end user adoption.

9. NEO just went through a huge spike which will lead to correction in September as the euphoria wears off.

10. Ethereum Classic is in a good position for a price spike but the Bitcoin price may make it more of a flat line.

11. Monero is going strong and seems to be in position to win the war for a black market cryptocurrency. $60 or more in September.

12. OmiseGo is so new it likely will drop in September after initial excitement.

13. BitConnect just hit a power curve up and will regress to the mean in September.

14. Qtum will go down with the Bitcoin price.

15. Stratis is looking at a flat line or a drop with the Bitcoin price after initial excitement.

16. Waves has been dropping relative to the Bitcoin price and is on the way down also.

17. Zcash has been fairly flat and is actually in a good position to break $300 in Sept 2017.

18. TenX is brand new and will slide down the charts as the other new ones do in September.

19. EOS is selling so many tokens every day that the price will keep dropping to under $0.50 by the end of September as the first investors sell and fewer new investments come in.

20. Lisk just pumped hard and will drop.

21. BitShares will get a bump whenever the Steem price blows up but the problem remains with being able to get money in using a gateway.

22. Iconomi will drop as enthusiasm returns to normal.

23. Steem is my pick to have the very highest return potential out of the top 25 which is why I have all of my money there today. Steem will go to $10 within a day or a week but may drop or go up slow until the big spike comes in. Steem in a year has a good chance to be over $100 as speculators realize it is the only cryptocurrency with true mass adoption potential alongside Ethereum with corporate use.

25. Veritaseum I know nothing about and therefore predict a drop.

How do I predict the prices of each coin? I look at the data for all cryptocurrencies past and future along with analysis inside the price of each one today combined with my qualitative experience using each one. I am pessimistic about the future of most of these digital currencies because the end user adoption is so low. This is the bottom line I use to determine each currency's value!

How do the top 20 Steem witnesses each earn $295 a day building the blockchain in a process we usually say is mining? Would you watch this video to see who is earning $295 a day witnessing the Steem blockchain creation because seeing how easy becoming a miner for Steem is inspired me to become a witness? First, the terms mining and witness are confusing with Steem because originally one proof of work miner was included along with 20 witnesses whose Ubuntu Linux servers process all the transactions and create the new Steem blockchain every 63 seconds under the Delegated Proof of Stake (DPOS) which is the fastest, most efficient, most decentralized, and most flexible consensus model available first demonstrated in BitShares. This concept was invented by Dan Larimer who is currently working on EOS after starting BitShares and Steem.

The top 20 witnesses earn Steem Power every day which can easily be withdrawn to STEEM every 7 days and/or used to upvote posts to earn author or curation rewards. While I used $295 a day as the baseline based on the exact pay received, the top 20 witnesses for Steem generally earn much more than this by posting and upvoting with their own Steem Power. The amazing fact is that $295 represents the current Steem price. If the price goes up double, every witness makes double. When it goes up 10 times, every top witness will instantly be making thousands per day instead of hundreds! At ranking 61, I currently am making about $15 a day.
