The whole crew is back this week to discuss Bellator 175, some shooting we did, and a much debated fishing competition.

We forced the old man out of this episode since he gave everyone the flu, so things ran extra smooth. We recap UFC Fight Night London, some new weight cutting regulations, and working hard in world full of slackers. Or not. Man stuff, serious man stuff is discussed as well.

St. Patrick's Day Special from Pat's basement. We talk UFC Fight Night Fortaleza, Lyme's disease and bunch of other nonsense.

On today's episode, the old man goes off. We talk UFC 209 and the upcoming UFC Fight Night in Brazil. Tempers get high while talking about weight cut issues and fighter's toughness.

On a special Monday morning episode, the guys are joined by Gus Congemi of Live the Wild Life TV. Gus chats with us about training, an upcoming turkey hunt, and tells some amazing stories about his past hunts. Believe it or not, we miss pronounced his name too. It's pronounced like "goose".

On this episode of The Hands On Podcast, we talk about kidney stones and the Miller's natural defense against them. Bellator 172 and UFC Halifax results and the falling though of the Bellator main event. Once we get through the fights, we get into the AK vs AR debate, zombies, 10/22's, and even use some big words like photosynthesis and nicotinamide. SCIENCE.

Back at Miller Brothers MMA, the guys recap UFC 208. Some upcoming fights are also on topic as UFC heads back to Halifax and Fedor Emelianenko makes his Bellator debut. Kevin Bacon is brought up a couple times too, and Jim gives his band a free plug.

After Jim weighed in for UFC 208, the other guys traveled into Brooklyn to talk about upcoming fights and tell some stories. Along side the guys is both Miller Brothers MMA's and Jim's Muay Thai instructor, Amr Ibrahim. Jim's wife, Angel, also take the mic briefly to tell more lies about Jim.

After a little game of musical chairs, we recap the UFC Fight Night from Denver, CO. Dan and Pat also get green with envy as Jim recounts his archery hog hunt in Oklahoma with Nock On TV's John Dudley.

We have the OG Billy Dee Williams with us this week as we discuss Bellator 170, training, fishing, and motorcycles.  Billy is the owner of Beyond Fitness and has some good insight into training, may be the only fisherman afraid to touch the fish, and has some good motorcycle crash stories.
