I'd been hearing a lot about "generational curses". In looking at my history, and my family history, it sure seemed like maybe that's what was happening to us. It was about that time with Dr. John Mack, a very respected Harvard psychiatrist and professor, had just released his findings on studying those people who reported being abducted by aliens. His research had noted that the family's where these people were coming from all had ties to the occult in some way, especially with the Freemasons. This triggered a lot of bells with me because I remembered seeing some very bizarre photos of my mother in the family album doing things like dressing up for formal dances. She would tell me these photos were from her time as a "Rainbow Girl". Rainbow Girls was a Freemason group for young ladies. I also remembered my grandfather telling me stories about being a Freemason, as well as listening to my grandmother talk about them. She would tell me stories how in many towns you "couldn't do any business unless you showed the Freemason ring and handshake". Now while I'd heard a lot about generational curses on family's and even how the occult seemed to be a common factor in these stories about alien abductions, and keeping in mind my daughter's father had talked to me about his experience being abducted by a UFO when he was in Puerto Rico at a lake very famous for UFO sightings, combined with my past being involved with the whole new age paranormal movement myself, got me curious. Only I couldn't seem to find ANY real information on how to "break" a generational curse. So here I am in Nebraska thinking I'm going to give my daughter a much more "wholesome" sort of childhood, and I"m meeting all these people telling me all kinds of stories. I make friends with a female cop who shows me a filing cabinet full of nothing but cattle mutilation events. Then I make another friend who is a brick layer talking to me about his "missing time" when he'd drive down those back roads. Another girlfriend starts talking to me about her crop circles in the farm she owns, even showing me the photos she'd gone up in a plane to take. She also starts talking to me about the "blue man" who visits her and his interest in my daughter at the same time she's drawing a "blue lizard man" on the wall in her room in crayon and talking about him "coming to see her at night". After reading Dr. Mack's book who confirmed these stories go down blood lines, and knowing about her father's experience - I figured "couldn't hurt" so I started taking steps to "break all generational ties" to anything to do with the occult, including the Freemason's. All of this, including what happened the night this "blue man" was supposed to come take my daughter somewhere - are in this episode. Interestingly, this time period also had me crossing paths with people who were involved with the Omaha Franklin sex scandal. How? Well listen to the episode to learn more about how UFO abductions and child sex trafficking intersected in the paranormal realm in this episode of my memoirs of a madam.
After surviving the 1994 Sherman Oaks earthquake, the LA riots, along with the flooding and fires we were dealing with in Los Angeles back in the early 90's, when John made a marriage proposal and wanted us to move back to Nebraska. Only he gets fired, the week I moved back. So what job do you get in Omaha? I went back to working as a professional psychic and astrologer and got my own radio show going. At the same time, strange things were happening which got me curious about "generational curses" and how to break them. Nebraska is having a lot of UFO activity, cattle mutilations, alien abductions, you name it. So what do you do when your toddler starts telling you about the "blue lizard man" she's seeing? Especially when you have your own mother confess to you she's a witch now and joined a coven? I even got nicknamed the "Blair Psychic" back there. This is one fascinating episode in the series of my memoirs!
Jody Williams the founder of Sex Worker Anonymous tells her story of when she was working for a night club in the San Fernando Valley, CA.
Sex Workers Anonymous is for male and female members. One of our board members for years was Michael. Michael had been sold as a child to a sex trafficking operation, many times. Once he was "rescued" and put into a group home, but then he was pimped out by the guards. After he had all of his teeth knocked out, they sold him again to a street pimp. When I was invited to appear on Donahue, Michael received a "visit" by his traffickers who he said followed him the rest of his life. If you'd like to know more about our work and Michael, give this a listen.
In doing research on 12-step programs, I found that at about 20 years of age, once the program has become "viable", the government likes to step in and take over. They did it in AA, and pushed Bill Wilson right out of his own program. Of course to do that, they have to smear the founder any way they can, as well as push out any of his supporters. That's why the Ohio group became so strong when Bill was pushed out of the NY General Office. In Narcotics Anonymous, they had to boot Jimmy Kinnon right out of his own office as well. Which they did, right down to changing the locks. The man who was put in charge of the world service office of NA was Bob Stone. He wasn't even an addict. I asked him to mentor me in what he knew anyway because he was able to teach me about the administration of a 12 step program - or how to run it from a "business" perspective. As I got to know him, he got to know me and realized what he was doing to addicts was wrong. After his change of heart, he published his own memoirs to hopefully warn the fellowship as best as he could legally in his book "My Life in NA". Sure enough, at 20 years in, I also had an attempt made to "take over" and smear me and boot me out of the SWA fellowship - only I was prepared for them as I'd seen the patterns in my own research. NA AS IT WAS FIRST DESIGNED WORKS. What's taken over the program today is LITERALLY KILLING ADDICTS. If you want to know what I mean by this - listen to this episode on "The Take Over of NA" or the "tradition wars" as some call it.
When I moved back east to find out more about "old school" recovery, to start a program in Allentown, PA for women back there, and to really dive into running an alternative sentencing program - I met my first husband and the father of my daughter. It was the happiest time of my life. It was also a very spiritual time as I had an angel visit me to foretell about the birth of my baby girl. I was really able to learn about the 12-step program as it was MEANT to be, and not what the government had turned it into. When the government basically came in and took over NA, pushing even Jimmy out of his own office, they also pushed out any of the hard core old timers. Most of them went back east, so I was able to tape into that pocket by going back there. Remember, this was prior to the internet so back then if you wanted something out of your driving range - you had to be there! I loved it so much back east, I have been trying to get back "home" ever since. Find out why I left by listening to this episode.
So hear about why I moved back east.
Hear about my time working with NASA scientists here.
This is where I talk about my experiences with Joe Conforte, founder of the first legal brothel in Nevada.
This is the year I decided to start Prostitutes Anonymous
