Holy freakin moly!!! The las two weeks have been insane. So many emotions, highs, lows, stress, unfortunate circumstances, AND the opening of the new OPT. it has been WILD. It has shown me a lot about the progress I have made and how I really, really, suck at listening.

Man o Man, the new O.P.T. is really happening, and so much is going into it. It's been an exciting 3 years inside of the current space and coming back from the jungle is really putting things into perspective for me, it's exhilarating!

I also break down the spiritual significance of the new Black Panther and how it ties into my time in the jungle and my LOTUS diet.
