The pause we have been gifted during this time of quarantine can truly be special. An opportunity to reflect, think back, maybe even look back at how you have played life, what’s important, what’s not and how can you ensure you are living your best present life and not being stuck in some loop of reminiscing how good you once had it or how good it will one day be. The day is now and every day is an opportunity to live a great life.

Covid19, honoring the fear but using our energy to be useful and focused on staying connected, kind and having purpose in our communities. Read books, catch up on diy jobs at home, help others and have purpose. FaceTime with friends and family more. Binge watch a show (i suggested fleabag) and just do things that keep you busy and keep you thinking.
