What Does Sold Over Asking Really Mean?

We have all seen madness over the last couple of years when it comes to Real Estate. Many agents are promoting homes as "Sold Over Asking" as if they have done some miraculous job that nobody else could have done in a HOT MARKET. In fact this is not a HOT MARKET, it's a very HEATED Market. So much that you have to be a LOSER to not get OVER Asking or Price the House so HIGH that you have lost the potential buyers interest.

Today I am talking about how we can find success through focus, many times as entrepreneurs we tend to have many ideas and want to bring them all to play. This can be a good thing but sometimes the timing is what's off. Extra Ideas, and Products usually come into play for expanding our current offers. If you are not maximizing your current offers then you are just dividing your attention and can sometimes be the crutch to your growth instead of the catalyst.
