If you're like most you are trying to stick with a new diet each Monday and maybe you are able to see it through for a few days, maybe even a few months! But eventually that rubber band always snaps back because you can only sustain a forced diet with willpower for so long.
The reason that willpower can't last is because dieting with willpower does not end your emotional eating, binge eating, or food addictions.
Dieting with willpower does not fix your compulsive overeating or your mindset, which is actually 92.8% of the problem right there! But what does any of this have to do with your ego?

You tell yourself "I should be able to figure all of this out on my own, I don't need any help!" while you continue to struggle with out-of-control eating and failed diets you re-start every Monday.
