Professors have transferred full intellectual property rights to Huawei in 40 instances.

-The Greater Vancouver Board of Trade has released a survey this morning which has found 75% of BC small businesses will be impacted by the tax. 28% say they expect to reduce employee benefits because of the tax, which they say will impose an increased cost to their business. 24% expect to reduce staff numbers.
