River of Silence, a film about missing and murdered Indigenous women, will make its Canadian premiere at the Vancouver International Women in Film Festival tonight, coinciding with International Women’s Day.  River of Silence was written and produced by First Nations filmmaker Petie Chalifoux, inspired by her own family’s experience. Her partner, Michael Auger produced and directed the film.

Should people have to take a harder driving test in order to get a license in BC?  We have people coming to the province from all over the world, with different driving habits and different levels and testing backgrounds.  Would it make sense to have a better way to teach people in BC how to drive?
