-Jon McComb is back in the host chair after taking some time off during a busy past 10 days.  Weather is still in the news this morning.  A multi-vehicle crash on the Coquihalla Highway has sent more than two-dozen people to hospital. It happened at 8 last night near Othello Road between Hope and Merritt.

-A serious six-vehicle crash closed the Coquihalla Highway in both directions north of Hope, B.C. for several hours on Sunday night and sent dozens of people to hospital.  Early Monday morning, the northbound lanes reopened, but southbound from Merritt remained closed.

Outrage is spreading across Vancouver Island and online after a pig that was adopted from the BC SPCA was killed and eaten by the people who adopted her.  Molly, a three-year-old Vietnamese potbelly pig, came to the SPCA’s Cowichan & District branch as part of a cruelty investigation. She was taken care of and nursed back to health by the staff and was finally adopted by a couple in Duncan on Jan. 19.  Then it was discovered that on Feb. 16, Molly had been killed and eaten.
