Winter storm warnings continue for various parts of the province -- that includes the eastern Fraser Valley.  Environment Canada says even with the snow largely tapering off, the cold Arctic air continues to move in.  That means some wind, snow, and a threat of more freezing rain this morning.

For decades, mental health has been the loser of medical funding.  It came last on the list when health care dollars were divvied up.  But recently it was announced that 100 million dollars was donated to mental health research in Toronto by an anonymous donor.
