- Today, the U-S Congress will vote on Net Neutrality. Changes to existing FCC rules could limit consumer access to the internet, forcing people to pay extra for websites they want to use. Internet providers would also be able to slow down the internet for certain searches, pushing consumers towards some businesses and away from others.
