It’s over and Gordie Hogg won the federal by-election, taking the riding away from the Conservatives for the first time since 1949. The Former White Rock Mayor and Liberal MLA will replace Conservative Dianne Watts in Parliament.

Senate Candidate Roy Moore has portrayed himself as the victim of false allegations of sexual misconduct with teenagers during his run for a seat in the Senate.  Voting day is finally here and he goes up against Democrat candidate Doug Jones in Alabama today to try and win the seat over his rival.

The City of Vancouver approved rezoning a building development project last year under the condition that new high-rise would include “affordable rental units.” We’re now learning those “affordable” units could rent as high as $54-hundred dollars a month.
