John Horgan entered Government House last night as NDP leader, and he left as Premier designate.

For the first time in 16 years, British Columbia has a new government.  When she went to see the Lieutenant Governor last night, outgoing Premier Christy Clark says she DID ask for a new election.  Instead, Judith Guichon offered NDP leader John Horgan the chance to form a minority government.
