B.C.’s legislature remains hung, with the BC Liberals holding 43 seats and the NDP holding 41, both needing Green Party Leader Andrew Weaver’s support to potentially form government.

Imagine having such bad neighbours that you have to get a court order which forces them to sell their home. That’s what happened to with a group of residents in Burnaby. For what is believed to be only the second time in BC history, a couple in Burnaby are being forced to sell after a major dispute with their condo board. They were found guilty of bad behaviour and breaches of bylaw in a strata corporation.
