Liberal Leader Christy Clark has a packed schedule today on the final Friday before the province goes to the polls.  Clark starting her day in Richmond, then flies to Campbell River, Terrace and Smithers for brief events before wrapping up the day in Prince George.

New Democratic Party Leader John Horgan is also on the road, meeting voters in Nanaimo and Parksville, before concluding with an evening rally in Courtenay.

And Green party Leader Andrew Weaver has stops in Duncan, Sechelt and a rally tonight in Powell River.

Buckingham Palace has announced that the 95-year-old Duke of Edinburgh will no longer carry out engagements starting this fall.  It says Prince Philip will remain the patron, president or a member of over 780 organizations, but will no longer play an active role by attending engagements after August.
