Quebec Police have confirmed that 27-year-old Alexandre Bissonnette has been charged with six counts of first degree murder and five counts of attempted murder following a shooting at the Quebec City Islamic Cultural Center shortly before 8 p.m. Eastern time Sunday that killed six people and injured 12 others.
