Looking 5 years into the future -----  ICBC  is projecting that BC drivers could be paying 40-percent more for auto insurance. ICBC has delivered a trio of forecasts to the BC Utilities commission -- one of them showing possible rate hikes of six -- eight -- and even nine percent in coming years.

Transport Minister Todd Stone says the projections are based on an extreme, worst case, hypothetical situation. He says ICBC will do-away with insuring luxury cars worth over 150 thousand.

A rare condition known as thunderstorm asthma sent hundreds to hospitals in Australia's second-largest city of Melbourne, and four deaths had been confirmed. A wild thunderstorm Monday night caused rain-sodden ryegrass pollen to explode and spread over the city. The pollen caused asthma attacks in some patients who'd never suffered from asthma before. One ambulance company responded to nearly 19-hundred cases.

E-Sports are on the rise with millions of dollars up for grabs in international tournaments, and more and more people are becoming fans of this growing spectator sport. However, in Vancouver there is no venue designed specifically with the e-sports fan in mind.
