This week I am joined by Charles Haynes. Charles is a good friend of mine and someone I consider an inspiration. Charles is an English graduate and he likes to remind me of this by constantly embarrassing me by showing up my limited vocabulary while wearing his graduation gown and talking really loudly like Brian Blessed.

Charles also owns a Digital Content Managment company called Ziggurat XYZ, although that title is a little vague as we discuss in this episode.
