Something I have to do regularly is knowing things aren't perfect, and DOING IT ANYWAY.   I post the art, publish the blog post, and hit send on the video I made with messy hair.  Done is better than perfect, and I find that it is an actual discipline to make sure that I don't cycle down in perfectionism, and put the work I made out into the world.
