What you do with anger matters, there are healthy ways to move through anger so that it can be healing and help you grow. Be still and let anger take front seat in your healing. It is time! I am sure you have heard so many platitudes when you are struggling. It's okay not to be okay, bla fucking bla. I believe that people have good intentions and are trying to be helpful, I encourage you to listen to my perspective, the darkness has a message. The most helpful thing you can do for someone is to sit with them in their darkness, without trying to fix it. Sit there in the uncomfortable space and show up with love and validation for this space of uncertainty.
