Anger is not a bad or unacceptable feeling, but we also don't want to get stuck there. We don't want our anger to transform into a bitter shell of protection that keeps every beautiful and peaceful thing in life just out of arms reach. I share my experience leaving the mormon church and how I transformed the anger and resentment I felt into understanding, which eventually led to forgiveness. We find liberation through forgiveness. You deserve it.

Today's episode is a short and sweet love letter to you about how beautiful life is! How easy it is to miss it, to let it slip through our fingers, as we place our focus on things that don't matter. I chat with you about Andrea Gibson, one of my favorite poets who currently has cancer. They share words of wisdom about what happens when you truly face your mortality and choose to see each day as a gift. In their words, "How cancer transformed my crushing anxiety into boundless bliss"
I love you all!!

Today we're exploring how good it can get when we make room to receive. If you deflect compliments, question the motives behind others kindness, or starve yourself of your own validation and comfort...this ones for you. Life can't get good if we're unwilling to make space for it to get good. I talk about going viral on Tiktok once I decided I was ready to be seen, the craziest birthday party of my life, and what happens when we train our body to open up instead of shutting down in the face of abundance.
