Hey guys,

This weeks podcast I share with you what I've been up to the past few weeks and things have been pretty tough.

I'm struggling with ideas, motivation, I'm trying to navigate our way through Covid in New Zealand with the kids at home and my father-in-law passed away suddenly, which is having affects on me.

I'm finding though that having a routine helps, helps me keep moving forward, pulling me through the 'rut' and helping build my mental strength.

Lock down has taught me a few things and one of those is asking myself how I can become a better person.
