In this episode, I explain the tactics I use throughout my daily life in-order to immerse myself in productivity and work. The 3 tactics has helped me through my life significantly and it pushes me to get work done no matter the occasion and I'm here to spread it.

Attention - the act or state of applying the mind to something
Focus - the main or central point of something
Speed - rate at which something moves or happens
Attention residue - We can’t go from one thing to another thing. Our mind will always have some “residue” a part of us will recall from the previous thing we were doing.
Think of it as the sims, you want to maximize the most you can out of your day otherwise are you gonna let your sims slack off, what’s the point
You are your own general the one that has to put yourself in your position
Use school as a thought with the clock and how you’re enforced

In this episode, I ask AI to give me 8 reasons why self improvement is bad and shouldn't be done. I also include my own reasons on why it's a difficult journey. Overall I still agree on with the thought of self improvement being the journey of all.
