“Rest with your hands” – an idea we heard on another podcast sometime last year. When doing a lot of “thinking work”, maybe in an office, most certainly indoors, a way to rest, relax and be creative can often be found by doing something with your hands.

Whether it is a hobby or the manual labour involved when working on a project, the contrast of mental work is what we call “Rest with your hands”.
