Ava the anti-cupid celebrates Valentine’s Day by sharing a guide to being single and happy in your 30’s. As someone who spent all of their 20’s in relationships, and all of their thirties (so far) single, Ava can finally say that she’s reached a point of contentment and happiness in being single. So much so that she didn’t even realize it was Valentine’s Day this week until she tried to make a dinner reservation at a booked-up restaurant. In reflecting on the journey to becoming single and happy (because if we’re being honest, it doesn’t always start off so happy) she’s identified five important phases that were helpful in her healing journey and shares them in case you find yourself single, or are considering becoming single in the near future. This episode will leave you feeling like being single is nothing to fear, and *dare we say* looking forward to the single life because according to Ava it’s pretty fucking great. Happy Valentine’s Day. XO
