What in you needs attention right now?
Maybe there is a thought you keep returning to, a difficult interaction, a physical sensation, or something you have been quietly holding against yourself.
This RAIN practice offers a compassionate way to stay with that experience without immediately trying to fix or push it away. In this practice, RAIN stands for Recognize, Allow, Inquiry or Investigate, and Nurture. It gives you a simple structure for noticing what is present, becoming curious about how it lives in the body, and asking what support you may need.
This can be a tender practice, especially if you are used to moving quickly past discomfort or becoming critical of yourself. You do not need to begin with the hardest thing you are carrying. You can choose something manageable, return to the breath as often as needed, and let the practice meet you where you are.
The deeper invitation is not to make the experience disappear. It is to change how you hold it, with a little more space, warmth, and self-compassion.
What might become possible if you asked what needs care instead of what needs fixing?
This episode is a live session recording, so you may notice natural pauses and gentle references to shared practice. The meditation opens and closes with a bell as a soft guide.
