This was the meditation I used to get myself to sleep after decades of insomnia. This is a technique I invented for myself back in 2015. I’ve received questions recently for people who are just getting in to meditation - particularly around clearing thoughts. Projecting a clear white screen in your mind can help train your focus and attention skills, and create space.

A little breathing in of light and love, followed by experiencing a wound heal, and finally feeling and holding the healed state. I highly recommend listening to soothing frequency music after this (no words) and laying down, continuing the breathing and allowing yourself to feel healed.

Hello my beautiful friends! In this episode I talk briefly and succinctly about healing the body and mind in tandem, and wrap up with a joy meditation. The body of this episode was a voice memo sent to a friend and I didn’t edit it, so there are a few swears in this episode… Also, I choose to specify: when I say “I don’t subscribe to law of attraction because there are a lot of pitfalls” - there aren’t pitfalls in the concept. The issue is in clarity. The phrase “law of attraction” is lacking in clarity from a specific perspective. Like attracts like, this can be seen in poles of a magnet. I frame things more as “law of” emanation, or simply; Being. The energy you source for your cells is what you are feeding you and thus the world you are interacting in. Tuning yourself through your breath, thoughts, feelings, and movement, shifts the iteration of reality that is resonant to you, and then you are naturally receiving ideas in accordance with it/taking action from that energy.
