In this very first episode on my Podcast I am coming to you with a “Voice Note from Linn” episode.
These are my short podcast episodes especially for Substack and are solo episodes sparked by recent conversations with friends and colleagues, or perhaps something that I’ve recently read or listened too.
They are short, somewhat educational and hopefully helpful you on your own recovery journey.
In this week’s episode I am talking about the different reasons why we might find ourselves reaching for food when we are not hungry and especially why we reach for food when we are tired.
Have a listen and let me know what you think!
P.S This is still all new to me too, but I hope we can create something supportive and nourishing here so please leave a comment if you are so inclined.

Linn Thorstensson is a Non Diet Nutritional Therapist who offers nutritional counselling to folx who struggle with their relationship to food, eating and their body.
She strives to practice from a Health At Every Size, trauma informed and social justice lens. (I am however human and won’t always get it right!).
In her work she draw on a multitude of modalities, such as Intuitive Eating, Mindfulness, CBT, Motivational Interviewing Neuroscience, Somatic practices and Nutritional Therapy, with the intention to work with my clients in a person centred way. This means that every persons programme and journey will be unique.
Beyond that this also lean on her own recovery, self development work and of course each and every client she has worked with in the past who have taught her much beyond what the textbooks ever could!
She also actively engages in continued education and ongoing supervision.
