In this weeks episode I am brunching with my friend Alex Cayas at the Norman Lindsay Cafe in the NSW Blue Mountains.  Alex is the Director of Paracon Australia, Australia's premier Paranormal Conference so I took this opportunity to ask him how he manifests this fantastic event each year and where is the JOY in it for it.
