Do you find yourself comparing your life, your looks, or what you have going on to random people on social media and/or in other settings?
If so you are not alone, we all fall in this trap from time to time however, for some of us this is a more frequent occurrence that needs to stop for the sake of our well being.
Being self aware and noticing our personal judgements and when we are comparing is essential in order to eradicate the habit, or at least get a handle on it. Along with gaining awareness, we must also get in touch with and feel confident in ourselves so that we feel good, and thus are less likely to compare every little thing about our lives to someone else's.
In this episode I discuss why self-comparison is a waste of our time and energy, and share thoughts about ways I believe we can improve upon this.
