When we think about shootings, many never imagine it will happen to them or near them, but this hopefully will change many perspectives. We are in a world that answers too many situations with guns. When will this STOP?

Danye Jones was 24 years old and was found hanging from a tree in his backyard by his mother in Spanish Lake, St. Louis County. The mother, Melissa McKinnies, wants and deserves answers. McKinnies is an activist who was active in the St. Louis area after the shooting death of Michael Brown in 2014. After fighting for justice for the Brown family and others, now she fights for herself.
