The Just Talk Podcast

Hey hey hey everyone! We are back with another episode of The Just Talk Podcast with Episode 66. And like clockwork, we are somewhat behind again hahaha. But with that said, here's the breakdown for Episode 66!

We start off with Mike stopping by Trader Joe's earlier that day and purchased some Baked Churro Bites and it was delicious! EDC comes up in the discussion very briefly and Tommy and I teach Mike how to do the proper motion for PLUR. Mike and I go on our little adventure to the Nike Clearance Store and Toys R Us. Also we asked Mike how his experience is going to a comic book shop for another time around.

We talk about the Venom Trailer as well as the Aquaman Trailer that was shown during Cinema Con 2018.

This is Part 1 of the podcast with Part 2 being a full on Avengers: Infinity War discussion!

We have our Pre-Talk /Discussion on Avengers: Infinity War and here's the questions that were asked during our talk.

What are your hopes for the movie?

What do you want to happen or don't want to happen?

What will disappoint you in the movie?

Who dies and who saves the day?

And finally, where is the Soul Stone?

With all that said, that is Episode 66 of The Just Talk Podcast! Once again, thank you ALL so much for the support and the listen. If y'all can kindly rate us and leave a comment on iTunes, we would very much appreciate it. Again, thank you and hope y'all enjoyed this episode!

What's up ladies and gents! We are back with another episode of The Just Talk Podcast with episode 65! Here's what we have in stores for you.

We start the episode with a re-cap of Episode 64 and a few announcements in which once you hear this episode, we're probably late again hahaha. We talk about events such as EDC, Coachella, and Woodstock as some of these events comes closer to fruition while eating some desert candy called Polvoron.

Tommy brings up the idea of 35 more episodes till we hit a milestone of a 100th! But for the sake of conversation, we bring up our favorite/stand out moments so far as well as the people we've interviewed and want to interview. Cheri bought books and one of them being Ready Player One. Our question to you is do you guys finish a book quickly especially if you get into it or do you take your time finishing a book?

We then talk about a video that Tommy sent to us about a speech that Matthew McConaughey did back in 2015 at the University of Houston. Celebrities, Austin Powers, and the movie Lucy comes in the conversation as well as our weekly movie/tv trailer talks. We then talk about how Netflix has become a bigger company than Sony, WB, and Fox but not all combined. Just a bigger company than those companies.

And finally, we talk about something quite tragic that is happening in the retail business which is that Toys R Us is closing down. I pose the question to everyone in the panel on what Toys R Us meant to them and how they feel about it closing down. And we bring up a bet that hasn't been brought up in a while which is that Mike can finish the Millennium Falcon Ultimate Collectors Series in less than 6 months. That's 7000+ pieces of Legos! And we leave off with a question which is if there is something you can "legolize" what would it be?

As always we thank each and every single one of you for listening and supporting us! I really does mean the world to us! If y'all can kindly rate us on iTunes and leave a comment, that would definitely help us out a lot. We appreciate you all and love you all! We hope you enjoy this episode. Thanks again everyone! Till next time!

Hey hey awesome people! We're back with another episode of The Just Talk Podcast with Episode 63 and we're catching up quick with the present day as this episode drops. Without further ado, here's the breakdown.

We start off the episode with Panda Mike asking us, how we think/picture Mike will get arrested if ever? We talked about porn and if we fast forward to the good parts or let the story unfold hahaha. Speaking of porn, Rashida Jones produced a documentary about younger girls doing porn for a living called, Hot Girls Wanted, and speaking of documentary, Leah Remini has a show about her life and her experiences with Scientology and Going Clear, the Scientology documentary, is a trip!

We talked about celebrities, TMZ, and successful relationships that we hope we could have/achieve in our lifetime. These include Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith, The Supernatural Cast and their families, Hugh Jackman and wife, as well as Emily Blunt and John Krasinski. Speaking of Supernatural, we talked about the TV Series as well and how it got picked up for another season!

And finally, we have our weekly movie trailers that we breakdown a bit and give our thoughts on it. Oh and by the way, there's news AGAIN on one of the BEST stories I have ever read, Y: The Last Man!!! It's still alive!

Here's our answers on how we all picture each other would get arrested hahaha.

Mike

Our consensus - Assault and Battery

Rich/Rian

Cheri thinks - Copyright Infringement / Slow Vendetta

Tommy thinks - Revengeful Deformation of Character

Mike thinks - Losing Temper

Tommy

Our consensus - Everything BUT will get out of it / Organized Crime

Cheri

Our consensus - Indecent Exposure / Killing/Assault and Battery

Hey hey everyone! We're back with another episode of The Just Talk Podcast with Episode 62 with a special guest, Benjamin Watts! This episode is a hefty one so sit back, relax, and enjoy!

In this episode, we cover our thoughts on Ready Player One since we've all seen it. We talk about Black Panther, The Avengers: Infinity War, and the Marvel Cinematic Universe itself. We discuss a little bit about Batman and how we've never really seen a detective version of the character, Mission: Impossible Fallout, and Gotham on FOX.

IMDB came up in the conversation and how Ben will be moving to Oregon in the nearby future. Stories about getting rejected by girls whom we had crushes on were spoken off, Diphallia once again comes back around for a second time, and gay, bisexual, pansexual talk were discussed.

We find out from one source what women talk about during a regular conversation and how women send each other multiple nude selfies to find out which one to send to the person they want to send that picture to. And to wrap it up, we find out which one's are Ben's Favorite Superheroes, how The Walking Dead has become a so-so kind of show and how Z Nation does it better, Yurt Houses, and our last final thoughts on Ready Player One.

As always, we thank each and every single one of y'all who supports us and listen to us! We appreciate you all and we want to say a huge THANK YOU to our good friend Benjamin Watts on stopping by and doing the podcast with us.

You can follow Ben on IG @benjamin.watts and also check out his documentary Cowboy Poetry on IMDb. Link at the bottom.
