The Newark New Jersey Police Department used a forged document to fire Officer Roger Harris: OAL Docket # CSC – 20101139.

According to an investigator assigned to the Internal Affairs Division of the Newark New Jersey Police Department, it can not be determined if this serious crime is being investigated. Apparently the Newark Police Department, and the city administration believe that it is acceptable to use unlawful policies and procedures to terminate police officers. Does the police department or the city administration under Mayor Cory Booker treat the citizens of Newark any better?

Five Hoboken Police Officers reported misconduct by supervisors, and filed a discrimination law suit. Instead of receiving an award, these officers could face retaliatory disciplinary charges.
