The Ka-Chat

Hey, straight up? In this one? Mater dies. And like, he ends up being fine. But Mater does die in this one, and it's so important you know that. The Car Grim Reaper comes down and reaps his Car soul (Kia Soul?). Other stuff happens. I would go so far to say other pretty wild stuff involving Cars body horror. But the one important thing is definitely that Mater dies in this, the third episode of Cars on the Road entitled "Salt Fever".

Welcome.... to Carassic Park. We have spared no expense to bring you this episode exploring the premiere episode of Cars on the Road. Why are there dinosaurs? Why don't they look like Cars? What does this imply about all our theories of the Carsverse evolving from our own universe? And most importantly.... How does Lucas feel about his brand new, adult sized Lightning McQueen Crocs.

Hey, ya know how there are big mountains and plateaus and stuff shaped like cars and planes and trains and stuff all over the Carsverse? Well, Lucas finally convinced John that talking about that deserved an episode! Are these giant stone cars naturally occurring? Did someone carve them? Or, perhaps most concerningly, were these cars always made of stone? 

I'm going to be 100 with y'all - We didn't have an idea for this episode. So, we decided to take ideas from a site that gives out ideas! For free! So join us for the first (and hopefully last) edition of Lightning (McQueen) Round, where a random word is thrust upon us and we have to figure out how it relates to Cars as quickly as possible.

Folks, we suddenly have no time left. We only have a month until Cars on the Road arrives??? We used to joke like we had all the time in the world. Oh, how we long those simpler days....

Anyway, there was a new trailer for the Cars show! Seems pretty wild. Listen to us as we describe exactly how wild and in what specific ways!

Y'all ever hear of this funky purple car? Well, we just did and we're clamoring for as much info as he can give us. Why can only some of the animals talk? Why will none of the adults help Putt-Putt with his various and deadly tasks? And of course, how can we connect him to the Carsverse?

Ka-Chow? More like Cha-Ching!

That was the only idea I had for this description. Uh... We talk about the stock market. Mostly because it reminded of us of stock cars. That's... That's really it, I guess.

Hey why do these Cars wear hats and glasses and stuff sometimes? And are their paint jobs clothes or skin? Or both? And why didn't they make more adult sized Lightning McQueen crocs? And what is the central ethos under which The Ka-Chat operates? Somehow, we do answer all these questions in this episode. I dunno how really, but... it's a pretty good one!
