We are back after our little break, and have a show jam-packed with chat and opinion - but sadly just the one interview, despite our best efforts... That interview is Ramsgate boss Ben Smith, who chats after their 2-0 loss to Dulwich Hamlet, discussing their start to the season, the step up to the Isthmian Premier and his hopes for the season ahead.
But we fill the void with loads of good chat and a good old fashioned rant too...

This week, Jon joins forces with Trevor Knell from our friends across the border in Sussex to look ahead to the Isthmian League season for the 18 Kent sides in the Premier and South East divisions - and to learn about our 11 Sussex rivals.
And as an added treat, before that you can hear from Holmesdale boss Andy Constable on his side's progress on and off the pitch and Tunbridge Wells manager Steve Ives also speaks after the two sides drew 1-1 in their FA Cup tie at the weekend. You will know who is through now, but, you know... Pesky replays!

Excitement already as the season has started - but now we turn our attentions to the FA Cup this weekend, where Herne Bay boss Liam Friend is ready for a tricky tie in his first game as a permanent boss - he tells us all about it. We also give an early look ahead to the start of the National League South - supporters from all of our teams give their opinions on how they are shaping up, and Dover boss Jake Leberl comes to the party too as he prepares his side to go again after last season's promotion. And we hear from Folkestone Invicta boss Jay Saunders on the challenges he faces as his side get ready for a start on the road - but the experienced boss is relishing his first full season at the helm.
All that and loads more including reflections on Matt's birthday, holiday plans, Dept Q, some Roman sibling rivalry and the most famous of the Gerrard clan...

We are back for our ninth season covering non-league football in Kent - and we get going with three interviews ahead of the start of the Southern Counties East League on Saturday. New Hythe Town boss Ira Jackson discusses his first managerial role and his aims to get things back on track at Reachfields after last season's disappointment. Chislehurst Glebe have a new boss for their new era too, and Dan Lawrence discusses why the club was a great fit for him as he makes a swift return to the dugout after leaving Canterbury at the end of the season. And Whitstable boss Jamie Coyle looks ahead to what he hopes will be another successful campaign - just over two months after leading his side to Wembley glory.
All that and loads more and the usual chat and nonsense, including Matt's hamstring injury, car troubles and a look ahead to a big old birthday this weekend...

It's over! The 2024-25 season is done and dusted - but before it truly ends, our 41st and final episode of a campaign to remember is here for you to enjoy. It was a heartbreaking end to the season for Maidstone - our roving reporters Nick and Cian talk us through their experience of the play-off final defeat, before we hear from Jordan Higgs and Temi Eweka following the loss which consigns them to another season in the National League South. League allocations have been confirmed and there was a surprise name in the shape of AFC Greenwich Borough - and one of the men behind the new arrivals, Gary Fiore, tells us all about it. And we hear from the team who arguably had the best season of anyone in the county - record-breaking Ramsgate steamrolllered their way to the Isthmian South East title and boss Ben Smith reflects on their achievements and looks ahead to next year.
Thank you all for listening to us this season, have a great summer and we'll see you all in 2025-26.

They went, they saw and they came home with the FA Vase - Whitstable Town take centre stage after an incredible afternoon at Wembley Stadium which saw them become Kent's second Vase winners. We hear from man of the match Harvey Smith, defensive colossus Finn O'Mara and player-boss Jamie Coyle after The Oystermen's afternoon to remember, and give our own reflections on the incredible events in north west London.
And we also hear from someone who is heading along Wembley Way this weekend - Ashford striker Gary Lockyer discusses his efforts to be the FA Cup's top scorer this season and entering the spotlight on the big day.

Plus we chat to Faversham Strike Force boss Stuart Benfield after his side secured the SCEFL Division One title.
