  • SZN 2, EP-10 //Tracey Showalter & Diane Boden// Two of the baddest minimalist betches give their thoughts on how to have a holiday that’s merry and light.

Tracey Showalter and Diane Boden are the yin to each other's yang when it comes to minimal living. They have such different personalites that balance each other out, and getting the two of them together was simply "perfection" in my book.

In this episode we talk about how to mentally de-clutter your holiday season so you can make room for what's really important...being present with the ones you love.

There's a ton of great info packed into this hour and I highly recommend giving it a listen!

  • SZN 2, EP-9//Hilary Phelps//OG of the Phelps clan opens up about her struggle with addiction and how she's paying it forward.

    Send us Fan Mail

Hilary Phelps is such a courageous woman and I truly admire her for being so open, raw, and honest about her struggle with addiction.

During this conversation, we talk about the progression of Hilary's drinking. She also opens up about how she started the long, lonely, and oftentimes scary road to recovery.

Her story is an inspiration and I am so proud of her for sharing the most private parts of herself so that others might find strength in her story.

    Keep Moving Hilary!

  • SZN 2, EP-8. David Bahgat on viral videos, theatre, and growing up gay in UA (ooh that rhymed.)

    Send us Fan Mail

David Baghat is a theatre teacher who grew up  in Upper Arlington, OH. His viral videos poking fun at the UA discussion forum have gotten a lot of attention because 1) they're funny and 2) they shed light on the entitlement that so many people feel in life.

In this chat with David, we talk about growing up gay in UA, his viral videos, and his love for theatre.

  • SZN 2, EP-6 //Brogan Graham// Co-founder of November Project on inclusivity & pumpkin pie, and being a dad.

    Send us Fan Mail

I met Brogan at a Nike event in CA back in 2017. From the second I met him I knew we'd become friends. Here we are in 2023 and he still can't quit me.

This action packed car chat with Brogan hits on white privelidge and how important it is to do your "software updates" so you avoid being the *sshole at the Thanksgiving table (and in life.) Speaking of Thanksgiving, we touch on my Turkey Trot rage and why you shouldn't take the free pumpkin pie. Our conversation caps off with parenthood and how it's literally the best/toughest job you'll ever love. Brogan has great insight and perspective for you dads out there, specifically single dads, so take a listen!

    More about Brogan:

Brogan has worn countless hats in his time on this planet: Stage performance (shocker), D1 athlete, marketing, and social media are just a few of them.

  • SZN 2, EP-5. Diane & Andrew on Dateline, dating, divorce, and everything in between.

    Send us Fan Mail

Diane Menashe is a good friend of mine. She's also one of the best criminal defense attorneys in the country, and the way she works a courtroom never ceases to amaze me.

Andrew Grossman is equally as impressive in his niche as a divorce attorney. His track record and reputation in Columbus are unmatched, and if you ever need a divorce attorney you should call him first.

This threesome was an absolute blast! We talked about Diane's latest Dateline appearance, divorce,  what keeps them up at night, and everything in between. This episode is a MUST LISTEN with two fantastic people!

  • EP-4 w/ Dustin Myers & Cory Gregory on authenticity, TikTok trolls, Kyle Richards, and SO much more.

    Send us Fan Mail

Dustin & Cory are ELITE players in their field. Just hit the Google machine and their accomplishments will have you scrollin' for quite a while. Hailing from the east side of Columbus, these two continue to impress with Max Effort, Old School Gym, and their digital fitness businesses that just keep on growing.

Their down to earth, no bull shit approach to life and business is something that I've always admired, and I was literally never gong to stop hounding these two until they said yes to coming on the show. There's no one cooler than these two in my eyes, and I hope you enjoy our chat as much asa I did.

  • SZN 2, EP-3. Ruthie Walling on how she channels her inner BADASS.

    Send us Fan Mail

On the surface, Ruthie Walling is your typical teenager. If you look a little closer you'll see a girl who's been through more in her 15 years than most people go through in a lifetime.

Ruthie was born with a congenital heart defect, and she went through multiple surgeries and was given a pacemaker when she was just a baby.

Another physical hurdle Ruthie's had to overcome is an 89% curvature in her spine, which became unbearable by the time she was 14 years old.

Last year, Ruthie and her family made the incredibly difficult decision to move forward with a surgery that would straighten her spine. It took some convincing to find a group of doctors to take her very rare and complicated case, but they found their dream team of cardiologists and orthopedic surgons at the University of Cincinnati. Thanks to this incredible group of medical professionals, Ruthie came out of her surgery a few inches taller and with more confidence than ever.

I love Ruthie and the entire Walling family, and she's living proof that true badasses come in all shapes and sizes!

  • SZN 2, EP-1 w/ Randy Gerber. Founder of Gerber talks about all things entrepreneurship.

    Send us Fan Mail

Welcome to SZN 2, friends. And who better to kick it off than Randy Gerber?

Randy is the founder of Gerber, and he's passionate about helping first generation entrepreneurs figure out what they want out of life, financially and otherwise.

If you know Randy, you know that he doesn't pull punches and he's not afraid to approach things with "radical candor." If you know me, then you know how much I appreciate that in a person.

We had a great conversation about entrepreneur personas, his career path, how he navigated a very dark time in his life, and so much more.

Thanks for sharing yourself and your time, Randy!
