Clarity always comes, but even without it, following your heart always gets you to where you want to go. In this episode I'm sharing the insights and experiences from my podcasting and re-branding journey over the last couple of years, and take a look at the type of human being we all want to show up as: the explorer.
In our final interview for Mental Health Awareness Month, Qi-Gong Instructor and Sound Therapy Practitioner Venus Sabay joins us to talk about how Qi-Gong helped her feel less stressed, set better boundaries, detach from drama, and more. She then walks us through the relationship between the organs and emotions according to Chinese Medicine, including their relationships with the seasons (Chinese medicine recognizes 5 seasons instead of four!) And before wrapping up, Venus takes us through a guided meditation to support and help clear and revitalize these organs (it's a good one, I loved it!)Press play and join us!

It's amazing the stories those around us have without us even knowing. In today's episode, Mental Health Awareness Month continues and my dear friend and Joy Enthusiast Podcast co-host, Sarah Palmer Prindable, joins me to share her story with depression, addiction, and an eating disorder, an experience that spanned over a few years, wrapping up just before we had met. I knew Sarah had had some of her own struggles in life, but the depth and span of this story was unexpected, and I think is a true testament to how far past these things we can go -- and really it gets even better as Sarah would certainly tell you. It's a heartwarming pleasure to be able to share this story with you, and I'm very excited to say: press play, and let's dive in!
