What should we make of the Russian withdrawal from Kherson city?  Is there a deal on the cards between the US and Russia?  Is Ukraine going to be partitioned?  

I'll be looking at all of this then turning to examine the US midterms and the continuity that exists from Obama to Trump to Biden.
