Rest is not laziness — it’s obedience and trust in God’s provision.

You’re not losing fun time; you’re exchanging it for fruitfulness.

Survey your current week — write out your daily schedule and identify distractions.

Circle all “time suckers” (social media, overcommitment, mindless scrolling).

Organize your time around your energy zones (morning/night) and priorities.

Schedule small, consistent blocks for your business and creative goals.

Rest intentionally — block Sabbath time and trust God with the results.
